After you have finished unpacking, you can schedule a time to drop off your order at our Shop! You can choose a 30 minute time slot and we will take your empty totes off your hands. The time slots will be based on our availability. You will receive both email and text notifications so that you won't forget!

Why make your moving experience more stressful? Choose a day that is convenient and if you need more time to unpack, just let us know and we can give you an extension!
Drop off Times
You can return your moving bins during our general drop-off hours, Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, or Saturday between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. When scheduling your return, simply choose a 30-minute drop-off window that works best for you.
If your schedule changes, you can easily update your preferred time later. Our goal is to keep the return process simple, flexible, and convenient. 🚚📦
