After you have finished unpacking, we will arrive at your new location and pick up your order! You can choose a 1 hour window of time and we will take your empty totes off your hands. The time slots will be based on our availability. You will receive both email and text notifications so that you won't forget!
Simple + Convenient
Why make your moving experience more stressful? Allow our trained team to remove your empty totes the moment you are done with them. You can have them ready for us at your front door, or inside your garage for easy removal. If you need more time to unpack, just let us know!

Pick up Times
Our pickup team is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, giving you flexible options to choose a time that works best for your schedule. When placing your order, you can select a preferred pickup window, and our team will coordinate with you to collect your moving bins once you’re finished using them. We are committed to providing dependable, on-time service every step of the way.
After your move is complete, simply schedule a pickup and we’ll handle the rest. Our team will arrive at the arranged time to retrieve the bins, making the process quick and hassle-free. Our goal is to keep things simple so you can focus on getting settled into your new space while we take care of the pickup.

Start Earlier Than You Think
Most people underestimate how long packing takes. Begin packing non-essential items 2–3 weeks before moving day. Tackle one room at a time to avoid feeling overwhelmed.
Declutter Before You Pack
Moving is the perfect opportunity to get rid of items you no longer use. Donate, sell, recycle, or discard anything that doesn’t need to come with you. Fewer items means less packing, less lifting, and lower moving costs.
Label Everything
Clearly label each box or tote with the room it belongs in and a brief description of its contents. This makes unloading and unpacking much faster. Color-coded labels can be especially helpful.
